Return and Exchange Policy

Overview

We do not offer returns or exchanges on purchases.
However, if a product is received with a fault or damage, we will ensure it is either repaired or replaced based on the situation and requirements.
Please note, if the product does not meet the conditions for faults or damages, we will unable to process any exchange requests, even if the items are returned to us.

We kindly ask that you review your purchase carefully before completing your order.

Our policy for defective or damaged item lasts 2 days. If 2 days have passed since receiving your product, we can’t offer you a exchange.
Customise products cannot be return or exchange.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where NO return are granted for defective or damaged item:

• Items with obvious signs of use
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed within a 3 days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

Shipping returns

To exchange your defective or damaged product, you should mail your product to our warehouse.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
